In compliance with the Indiana Gaming Commission, casino guests will be screened by Majestic Star Security and
required to adhere to social distancing during the check-in process.

Step 1 ID Check (ID’s that expired during the Covid-19 closure March 16th – June 15 will be accepted)
Step 2 Travel, Symptoms and Contact Questionnaire

⋅ Have you had any close contact with any person who has returned from any foreign country.
⋅ Have you come into close contact with any person with COVID-19 infection?
⋅ Have you tested positive or been infected with COVID-19?
⋅ Have you experienced any flu like or abnormal symptoms including fever, chills, sore throat, cough body aches, unusual fatigue or headaches, new loss of
nsmell or taste, uncommon shortness of breath or other unusual respiratory issues?
⋅ Have you taken fever reducing medication within the last 72 hours in an effort to reduce a fever?

INTRODUCING THE MAJESTIC CLEAN TEAM
We are proud to announce the development of our all-new Majestic Clean Team. This group of specifically designated individuals has been trained in enhanced procedures and is highly focused on executing regularly scheduled cleaning practices throughout the casino.
The Clean Team uses cleaning products and protocols, which meet the EPA guidelines and are approved for use against viruses, bacteria and other airborne pathogens.
The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on high contact surfaces, including all elevator buttons and escalator handrails.
